It has woken her up...
It has lured her from safety...
It has set the monsters upon her...
...Can you help her escape the Nightmare?
Scared and alone, she must make her way through the twisted house, find her way back to bed, hide from the horrors and survive the monsters out to get her.
Hide
Use hiding spots and foreground elements to hide from different monsters that have different ways to get you.
Distract
Some monsters can be lead away with distractions, use this to your advantage to progress.
Escape
There's only one true way to make it back to bed and end the nightmares, make it the right one.

This was honestly really well done! It's always the student projects lmao (I thought at first it was something between friends haha).
I already said everything I needed to say on my review, but I have nothing bad to say really, the story was a tiny little confusing, and the camera movement was a little uncomfortable to look at, but I loved everything else. Great animations, sprites and art, good job! :p

I played a live demo of this at a recent game dev evetn. I was incredibly impressed, especially considering that this is a college project! Not only did I not encounter any bugs (which is a feat in and of itself) but the actual design was very clever, and managed to signpost how to progress with very little text. Amazing work!

Phenomenal lil uni game. Art was great, and the mechanics were well thought out. A few small hitches here and there, but nothing game breaking. I really enjoyed it! <3
